Kris bought her Baltimore colonial several years ago. Now she’s finishing law school and is ready to move to Florida for a warmer climate. She gives Real Estate Expert Mike Aubrey a tour. He tells her the home needs more finishes and a little polish. Staging Expert Sabrina plans some redesign and repurposing in the bedrooms and gives the homeowner a long to-do list. Mike and Kris go to look at some comparable properties, Sabrina’s design team cleans, polishes, and cracks open the paint cans. Together, Mike and Sabrina help the homeowner get on track for a sale.
