Drama series. Brooks and Devlin investigate the stabbing of student Archie Rahman, but the only clue they have to go on is a library book checked out by Rahman on the day of his murder. Two other students are connected to the book, but they each give an alibi for the other. When the perpetrator eventually confesses and claims to have acted in self defence, Alesha is forced to confront her own past, while James must ensure that his case does not smear the name of the deceased. If the truth is not uncovered, a murderer could walk free – or an innocent person could be wrongly convicted. With Bradley Walsh, Jamie Bamber, Freema Agyeman, Harriet Walter, and Ben Daniels.
