Recently retired cricketing hero Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff continues his trip across the American continent to try his hand at some more extreme sports. This week Freddie hooks up with rugby star and Dancing On Ice champ Kyran Bracken in Fort Worth Texas. This is Cow Town and the pair lock horns in a ranching challenge, have a wild-west shoot out, then in the most daunting night of their lives they ride real bucking bulls in a genuine Texas Rodeo. Later on they mix with the locals at a ho-down for a spot of line dancing.
