Heather and Lori are unimpressed by the lack of enthusiasm displayed by their managers. After a meeting with corporate culture guru, Brian Scudamore of 1-800-GOT-JUNK, they decide the best way to infuse their business is with a team building camping trip – but when the scorching sun and clouds of bugs have the managers threatening mutiny, Lori and Heather are forced to re-examine their management methods to save the morale of their company. Meanwhile, Lori pesters Heather to finally set a wedding date with her fiancé, Dave.
