You know, when we announced Top Chef Masters I didn’t think I could get more excited for even more Top Chef, but alas, we’ve done it again. Today, Bravo is proud to announce the pickup of its newest culinary competition, Top Chef: Just Desserts. The series will pit pastry chefs against each other in a series of challenges. As any good Top Chef fan knows, desserts have been, well, a sore spot for our chefs in the past, so it’ll be interesting to see chefs whose specialty is pastry. Perhaps we need a competition series for pasta salad cooks as well since that hasn’t worked out too well for our Top Chefs either. Anyone? Anyone?
