Lorraine Kelly presents the observational documentary series set in the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. Nine-year-old Jacqueline Marshall has a rare tumour in her abdomen which surgeons urgently need to remove because it is causing high blood pressure which is damaging her heart – but the surgery is very risky. It is an angry day in A&E when nine-year-old Megan hobbles in with a fractured toe after a fight with her sister and 15-year-old Tony arrives having put his fist through a window after an argument with his mum. Meanwhile, three-year-old Taha has an almond stuck up his nose.
