Lorraine Kelly presents the observational documentary series set in the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. In this edition, Lorraine meets 15-year-old Shaun Malone, who is fighting for his life in the intensive care unit after a bout of sinusitis had unusual and devastating consequences. Meanwhile, the dentistry team operate to release four-year-old Saffron’s restricted tongue, school friends Mohammed and Sean end up in the hospital’s accident and emergency department after their impersonation of Maradona goes badly wrong and five-year-old Farhiya has a fish bone stuck in her throat.
