New series in which top celebrities get the chance to realise a long-held ambition which they have been too afraid to fulfil. In the first episode, presenter Konnie Huq reveals her secret dream - to become a rapper. She has three weeks before she must perform her own rap in front of a crowd of 3000 fans. Konnie will need to master flow, rhythm, rhyme, delivery and lyric-writing as well take part in rap karaoke and MC battles, and freestyle live on radio. She is mentored by rapper Akala, with help from up-and-coming rapper Baby Blue and Roll Deep's Manga and J2K. Can Konnie overcome her insecurities about performing in front of a crowd and make her dream come true?
