Kate Thornton and Gethin Jones present the celebrity adventure competition. The remaining eight contestants reach the Arctic Circle with the weather closing in. They are challenged to scale a mountain on skis and build a snow cave, which leads to one of them needing treatment for dehydration, exhaustion and early stage hypothermia.
