This week Freddie moves on to a very different part of the continent as he teams up with the feisty ex-footballer Dennis Wise in snowy Canada. The pair go head to head in the freezing temperatures of Whitehorse where they take part in an artcic sled race. They follow this with an attempt at a zip line canoe challenge across the top of a icy lake, before braving speeds of up to 60 mph in the luge at the Olympic village of Whistler. They find out what else the famous ski resort has to offer and try to befriend a few of the locals along the way with their English charm.
